Holiday Inn Warsaw City Center
The Holiday Inn Warsaw City Center is a four-star new hotel, modelled on the New York Flatiron. It is located in the centre of Warsaw, at Twarda, Złota and Żelazna Streets. Such a location provides convenient access to many attractions and public transport.
The buyer building with 17 floors and covering an area of 14 thousand sqm. There is a two-level garage under the local facility. It is the first hotel in Poland that implements the Open Lobby concept.
The hotel offers 256 luxurious rooms equipped with a farm and four conference rooms. Guests have at their disposal a restaurant, gym and fitness room.
Among the many recent items used in the building were VK15 trench heaters and Verano floor-mounted LST heaters. They created an efficient heating system in line with the high standards of a luxury hotel.
