The 4 Cannon Street building that is located just opposite to the famous St Paul’s Cathedral has just been completed. The re-designed and re-constructed building offers now eight floors of high-end sustainable office space of 108,000 sq ft in total.

Stone and wood flooring, glazed partitions, Skyfold walls and specialist joinery together composed together with state-of-the-art technology have been applied to the high-tech basement, feature ceilings and benefit occupants from the elegant executive floor to the 10,000 sq ft grand entrance.

Along all glazed walls in the entrance reception area, there are fan assisted trench heaters from Verano conveniently placed. Their active and quick operation for dispensing a stream of the warm air along the façade will clear up the condensation from the window to ensure the stunning view over the St. Paul’s Cathedral is not obstructed.
