Office block Ericpol Software Pool, has been constructed on the terrain of Special Economic Zone in Lodz. Top modern shape of the building is alike X sign, yet well composed with historical place – former Scheibler’s palace gardens and surrounded by old trees contemporary park.

The building itself is considered as top modern facility. Any technical elements have been designed and used bearing in mind the primary idea of the lowest possible building running costs yet nearly eliminating building emissions.

For example this specific building as the only one in Poland can be proud of so called neuron installation control model, or TABS thermo active ceilings being used. Such a new build is dominated by large and full glazed facades, that also will ensure a proper interior lighting. All windows has been covered by the special low emission coating, due to necessity for improving energy efficiency from air conditioning system. Among many of technical innovations, they have also used our energy efficient VK Trench Heaters. Due to their exceptionally low thermal inertia, and material and manufacturing wise reliability, they are perfect match for such modern and ecological building.
