Oxygen Park

Oxygen Park office complex, that has been built by Yareal Polska Sp. z o.o. consist of two buildings of 6 storey each, whereas the total rentable surface is estimated at a level of 18,400.00 sqm. All offices are very spacious and the entire external walls (2.7 m of height) are as glazed façades. Such a spacious and modern office building is equipped with 4 high speed lifts but also an underground parking with nearly 162 cars capacity. The entire ground floor of one of the buildings is being designed as for the purposes of restaurants, bar, pubs etc. Both of those buildings would having a large and representative reception desk canvasing visitors at the building entry.

The design project of those office buildings has been prepared by JEMS Architects Office and has been also approved for BREEAM for the Very Good grade. Also it is worth to underlining that the project received a design award called ESSA Green Award in the contest 2013 CIJ Awards Poland, organised by Construction and Investment Journal – a branch magazine, it took a part. Those sustainable and of a high standard buildings are perfectly suitable for our trench convector heating. Whereas they are very reliable and made of high quality materials, they surely will be heating those office spaces. Also their innovative technology would allow to supply those buildings to optimal and required amount of warm air. This would result in avoiding any overheating in such buildings that will raise any daily routine effectiveness.
