Red Hall
Red Hall in Oxford is the central office and service building being built as part of the new Oxford North Innovation Park – a major development project worth approximately £700 million, which is intended to become one of the main science and technology hubs in the UK. Four-pipe fan coil units have been installed throughout the building.
This five-story, mixed-use building is designed to be the heart of Oxford North – a hub that will connect companies from the life sciences, technology, AI, and research sectors. The building serves as a shared workspace, meeting space, and services for tenants across the campus.
The facility is CO₂-neutral in operation, features solar PV installations, sustainable drainage systems, and is BREEAM Excellent rated.
