Regional Enterprenurs Hub in Prudnik

Since December 3rd 2012 the Regional Enterprenurs Hub in Prudnik has been introduced. The entire contract cost for building renovation was PLN 3 601 854.79 including qualified expenses of total value PLN 2 931 048.62, whereas 84.97% has been refunded from EU funds. As it was not technically possible to assembly trench or LST radiators the investor decided to implement with success and use of the low level convector radiators from Verano Convector.
Recently developed usable area of Regional Enterprenurs Hub in Prudnik is 1 514.62 sqm and includes:
- commercial usable area: 1036.62 sqm
- utility usable area: 478.00 sqm
The building has been seperated through 35 office areas within several floors.
- 3 offices on lower ground floor,
- 8 offices on ground floor,
- 9 offices on 1st floor,
- 9 offices on 2nd floor,
- 6 offices on the attic.
