Residents have at their disposal a fitness centre, demo kitchen, cinema, library and billiard room, business center and spa on the third floor, and concierge services. On the 4th floor there is a terrace with a 65-by-30-foot swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a bar with grill, garden pavilion and an open-air lounge with a fireplace. In turn, an exclusive and sophisticated shopping center was opened on the ground floor, open to everyone.
The apartments are finished and equipped with the highest quality materials and equipment. The arrangement uses concrete, glass and wooden accents. Bleached oak floors, quartz stone countertops, white lacquered cabinets and a Miele kitchen appliance package. This is only part of the equipment of each apartment.
