Administrative Center of the Wielka Wieś Commune
The Wielka Wieś Commune Administrative Center is a project that emphasizes the commune’s development. The investment includes three buildings that are connected with each other by glass halls. There are intimate courtyards between the buildings, planted with shrubs and flowers. They are a place to rest for office visitors and employees. The first building houses the Municipal Office, the Municipal Council, the Registry Office with a wedding hall, the Municipal Communal Office and a library with a children’s corner. The rest is for rent.
Both the space in front of the building and the courtyards in between have been carefully designed and thought out. So that the whole, including the building, is consistent and modern. Inside, recesses with seats have been designed, and the doors to the offices are glazed, which gives the impression of an “open and friendly office”. The facade is made of crushed limestone, it is a durable material and has self-cleaning properties. Additionally, it refers to the historical buildings of the region and the landscape of the Jurassic valleys.
Fan assisted VKN5 trench heaters and natural convection VK15 trench heaters were selected for heating. Trench heating works very well in public buildings and has already proven its effectiveness and precision many times.
