Alongside the building construction the entire m&e works have been included and commenced, as this project involved design, installation, testing and commissioning of building services for a new, BREEAM Good rated, facility.
As a result of all works commenced to complete in first phase in August 2016 and set up for finishing in August 2017, 1,500-pupil secondary school for Wokingham Borough Council has been risen.
Some part of the school building, as of use of the big fully glazed partitions, seemed to be ideal for installing Verano Convector trench heaters.
Hope new students coming in September 2017 will enjoy a thermal comfort from our trench heating system.
