The complex of the first lofts in Poznan consists of 3 buildings. Two of them are carefully renovated facilities from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The ground floor of the restored buildings will be intimate shopping and service arcades, while the first floor will be used for residential apartments.
In the center of the complex there is a four-storey apartment building with its architectural character reminiscent of the other two buildings. On the top floor of the apartment building there is a recreation center with a swimming pool. Verano convector trench heaters are installed in the building.
