Libra Business Center

Libra Business Center is an office complex consisting of two A-class buildings with an area of almost 26,000 sqm. The investment is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, and such a location guarantees quick access to the centre and a prestigious logo display for customers.

The open spaces of office buildings allow for free office arrangements. Large glazed windows with an opening also dominate the structure. Thanks to this, the interior is illuminated and even more precise. There are restaurants and service premises on the ground floor of the buildings. Both elevator equipment, the spatial space is designed so that four different companies with separate entrances from the hall can be equipped on the website on the website. The office building has an underground car park and a parking space around the premises. The authors of the project took care that the investment was friendly side, the very location of the Libra Business Center, the use of eco-friendly means of transport: public transport, trains or buses. All systems and solutions, solutions during the construction and operation phase of the building, are in line with the future level of the GreenBuilding project, promoting energy-saving and efficient systems. Energy efficiency lifts distinguish the complex. It uses energy recovery systems and systems limiting its consumption—such a solution for obtaining operating costs of operating costs.

VKN5 trench heaters switch to the complex. They form a dynamic and energy-saving heating system, adapted to precise heating and large office spaces.
