One York Harbour Plaza

One York Harbour Plaza is one of the specific projects in Canada, where the Verano trench heaters have been used. The modern shape and format of the building looks stunning and impress its height and outlook.

The two 70 meters condominium put on the top of 3 storey foundation building (in fact department store) offering all together more than 18000 sqm and adjacent 37 storey, AAA office block. The building is connected the PATH network. For the tenants there are the following facilities: Juice Bar, Hot Tube, Spinning Room, Fitness Club, Theatre and the Club.

There are a lot of full glazed facades in the building that results that those interiors are full of natural light. Such an architectural solution would provide the feeling of the luxury and comfort, yet it requires using the reliable heating system that will cope well during quite harsh Canadian winters. This was a main reason the trench heaters have been designed. Trench heating system is not only energy efficient yet provides the accurate thermal output coping with current ambient temperature changes.
