Qbik is a novelty on the Polish market. The investment is the first Warsaw housing complex created in the concept of soft-lofts. Lofts are heated thanks to Verano Convector trench heating with fan assisted air circulation. Qbik has its own specific and unique character. The investment has a stylish, post-industrial architecture. The most important element is the elevation of the complex which is build of more than one-third of glass. Design of Woronicza Qbik is adapted to the modern image of the neighborhood. Retains the industrial character and also corresponds to the buildings that have been built in Mokotow in recent years.
