The Chalet Estate – London’s exceptional estate 

The build of the lifetime and passionate restoration of the Swiss Cottage – the historic, five floor listed building that is surrounded by acres of parkland protected by English Heritage, has been just concluded by the property designer.

This waterfront estate with 185 metres of mooring for up to 25 boats the largest being around 50 metres and parking for around 20 cars, offers amazing scope both privately and commercially.

The reason we are so excited with this property is simple – Verano delivered COMODO Benches and low level LST convectors to this pretty building conservatory.

In the nearest surrounding of the Chalet you could find the magnificent Hampton Court Palace and the second largest Royal Park in London.

All together with Thames river sketch a very distinctive landscape with an incredible variation of wildlife and habitats within its walls.

For us the Swiss Chalet is also the reason to really being proud of, as most of the grand level conservatory part is conveniently heated by COMODO Heating Benches and low level LST convectors. As you can see on the pictures, they harmonise very conveniently with the property outlook and deliver exceptional heating efficiency also insulating from the water pond underneath the floor level.

The entire building has 3 floors, on two of which Verano standing heaters worked effectively all winter.
