We are keen on ecology!
We consider ourselves a company that cares about the natural environment protection especially when any manufacturing processes are concerned. One of the main business goals of Verano is to achieve a leading position amongst innovators in the domestic and light commercial building interiors market. Our proven technology based on patented research could bring up to 20% of savings on heating energy bills. Due to such advanced technology we can reduce the CO2 emissions, and further improve the environment. We are highly confident that our heating technology complies with the highest standards of the European Building Regulations both during manufacturing and later use.
WASTE-FREE OR LOW-WASTE PRODUCTION
The size of the individual elements of the tub has been designed so that the amount of waste generated is practically nonexistent. Similar rule has been applied to the manufacturing of aluminum elements of a coil. The only waste from coil fins are 10 mm stripes (as example: during manufacturing, a fin having a surface of 166.53 cm2 produces a waste of 1.57 cm2 size what is c.a. 0.94%)
Using eco-friendly raw materials for the manufacturing process.
During the manufacturing process we use a raw metal sheet that has minimal grease contamination, which makes it possible to skip the degreasing bath and ferric phosphate treatment, both of which have a negative impact on the natural environment. There is also usage of epoxy polyester coating for coloring and protecting our heating emitters. This type of coating is an ecological product in itself, because it does not contain any non-organic solvents, and during its application there are no harmful fumes released.
Modern and eco-friendly powder coating facility
We use the most environmentally clean process for coating parts with powder paint. Powder coating is an environmentally friendly technique, as the painting materials used do not contain any volatile substances (solvents). Coating galvanized elements with powder paint is carried out in a spray booth, where the unapplied paint is recovered through the use of filter systems. Thanks to this technology, the use of paint is 99%.
