Siemens Symmetry Park in Oxfordshire is Siemens Healthineers’ new, advanced manufacturing and research facility, being built at Symmetry Park (Tritax Symmetry) near Bicester. It is one of the largest industrial projects in the region, where 2-pipe heating and cooling trench heaters have been installed.
This high-end factory and R&D center will be where Siemens Healthineers will design and manufacture superconducting magnets for MRI scanners, utilizing new technology that reduces helium consumption.
The facility is CO₂-neutral in operation, features solar PV installations, sustainable drainage systems, and is BREEAM Excellent rated.
